Data Deletion Instructions

Empire Marketing's AI messaging assistant stores conversation data when you message a Facebook Page or Instagram account that uses it. You can ask us to delete that data at any time.

If you messaged a business's Page (customer)

1. Send an email to [email protected].
2. Include the name on your Facebook or Instagram profile and the name of the Page you messaged, so we can find your conversation.
3. We will confirm by email and delete your messages, name and any lead details within 30 days.

You can also message the Page directly and ask for your data to be deleted.

If you connected a Page to our Service (business client)

1. Disconnect the Page in the dashboard, or remove our app in Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations. This immediately stops our access.
2. To delete your account and all stored data, email [email protected] from your account email.
3. We delete the account, Page tokens, conversations and leads within 30 days of the request.

When you remove the app from Facebook

When you remove our app in your Facebook settings, Meta notifies us and we stop accessing your data. To also have stored data erased, send a request using the steps above.
