Delivery Ads Management
We run delivery ad campaigns for restaurant accounts on GrabFood and LINE MAN: keyword research, testing different ad and targeting variations, competitor-based bid adjustments, new-customer and delivery-radius campaigns, and retargeting.
Who this is for
Restaurant owners who already have a GrabFood or LINE MAN account live, and want someone managing the ad side specifically.

How it works
- 01
Keyword research
We research the keywords your potential customers are actually searching for on the platform.
- 02
Campaign setup
We set up ad and targeting variations, new-customer campaigns, delivery-radius campaigns and retargeting.
- 03
Testing and adjustment
We test variations against each other and adjust bids based on what competitors are doing.
- 04
Cutting what does not work
Underperforming keywords and promotions are removed so spend goes toward what is actually converting.
A real result
One client account spent 33,229 THB on marketing in a 29-day period and returned 8.02 THB in net sales per THB spent, with customer reach up 114.01% and repeat customers up 48.86%, attributed to retargeting campaigns (1 to 29 August vs 1 to 29 September 2026). Results vary by account; see the full breakdown on our About page.
FAQ
Is ad spend part of your fee?
No. Ad spend is separate from our fee; GrabFood and LINE MAN deduct it directly per order.
What counts as a new-customer or delivery-radius campaign?
A new-customer campaign targets people who have not ordered from your restaurant before; a delivery-radius campaign targets people within a chosen distance of your kitchen.
Do you use retargeting?
Yes. Retargeting campaigns are part of how we bring past customers back.
