Menu Optimization

We manage menu structure and suggest add-ons on your GrabFood and LINE MAN listings, aimed at raising your average order value.

Who this is for

Restaurant owners whose menu on the delivery apps has not been reviewed or restructured since it was first set up.

What's included

  • Menu structure and item management
  • Add-on suggestions to raise average order value
  • Removing or adjusting underperforming menu items as part of ongoing account management

How it works

  1. 01

    Menu review

We look at how your menu is currently structured on the app, and where add-on opportunities are missing.

  2. 02

    Add-on suggestions

We suggest add-ons designed to lift the value of an average order, not just the number of orders.

  3. 03

    Ongoing adjustment

Menu structure is revisited as part of the same monthly cycle as ad and promotion management.

A real result

One client's average basket value rose from 196.44 to 233.04 THB (+18.6%) at one outlet and from 175.53 to 218.27 THB (+24.4%) at a second outlet, 1 July to 1 August vs 2 August to 2 September 2026. Results vary by account; see the full breakdown on our About page.

FAQ

Do you take the food photos?

Photos are supplied by the restaurant. We work with what you provide to structure the menu and suggest add-ons. LINE MAN has stated that listings with menu photos receive about 1.7x more orders on its platform.

What is an add-on suggestion?

A suggested extra item, shown alongside a main order, designed to raise the total value of that order.

How often is the menu reviewed?

Menu structure is part of the same ongoing account management covered in your monthly report.
